Leadership teams in scaleups experience unique challenges preventing them from growing as the business grows. There are often the pressures of pace, band-aiding, poor communication, decision-making bottlenecks, and a lack of role clarity - as individuals and as a team.
The more established a leader is in their role, the more individual their capability needs. I work with leadership teams in a 1:1 capacity to uncover these needs, and then as a team to establish an aligned, cohesive environment, for maximum performance.
Who is this program for?
This program is to support VCs, investors, founders and exec teams in scaleups who recognise the need to build leadership capability to scale.
VCs often look beyond the growth potential of the technology or product and prioritise investment decisions based on the scalability of the team.
Founder liability statistics, compiled by CB Insights in June 2021, show six of the top twenty reasons for startup failure are directly related to the founder’s role as leader of people.

It often feels there is so much going on with distractions, deadlines and launch dates that it’s hard to step back and assess what’s working and what’s not.
By investing time, energy and effort in developing yourself as a leader in your business, this program will set you on the path to become a Legendary Leader.
2. UP Skills Framework
There are 24 independent modules within my UP Skills framework, each addressing a different leadership capability challenge. I’ll work with you and your team to determine the best modules to meet each person’s specific leadership needs, as identified through their Legendary Leader Roadmap.
This is a consultative approach that ensures every minute spent on leadership development will have an impact. Once we agree on the modules, I’ll design each leader’s program and away we go.
Each module will typically involve a workshop or masterclass, group coaching and/or 1:1 coaching delivered each month.
