DiSC One-Day Workshop


DiSC is a self-assessment tool that focuses on WHY you do what you do and how you relate to others.

This is a fun and interactive workshop that encourages people to explore their own and others’ communication styles to improve relationships and increase productivity.

This process is most valuable when:

There are always challenges among members in an Executive Team. Maybe there is a lack of alignment or collaboration. Perhaps there’s some underlying, or obvious, conflict. Or maybe it’s a new team that needs to learn how to work together more effectively.

Discover

  • 1:1 confidential conversations with each member of the Exec Team individually (45mins each).

  • Uncovering what’s working and what’s not working; why and why not.

Design

  • A recommendations report is developed, which includes outcomes from the Discover conversations and the design of a program for delivery – to resolve any issues, realign the team, build capability, etc.

  • Includes Recommendations Report Debrief.

Deliver

Choose the delivery method that’s right for you and your team.

  • Rules of Engagement.
